Eligibility for Refund
Learners who enroll in live classes, certification programs, or one-on-one coaching are eligible for a full refund if they are not satisfied after attending up to two sessions/classes.
Refund requests made after the completion of the second session will not be eligible.
How to Request a Refund
A written refund request must be submitted via email to our support team at [insert support email] within 24 hours after attending the second session.
Please include your name, enrolled course/program, payment details, and reason for the refund request.
Processing of Refund
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Any applicable transaction or processing charges (if levied by the payment gateway) may be deducted.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refund requests made after two sessions will not be considered.
No refunds will be issued for learners who discontinue voluntarily without prior notice.
Fees for completed programs, digital study materials, or certification once issued are non-refundable.
